Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Aqariyo (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Aqariyo.

2. The Platform

Aqariyo is Qatar's property marketplace. We connect users with rentals, sales, short-stays, commercial spaces and new projects offered by agents, agencies and developers ("Partners"). Aqariyo is not itself a real-estate broker, landlord or developer, and is not party to any transaction between users and Partners.

3. User accounts

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listings

Agents, agencies and developers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of their listings, prices, photos, availability and representations. Aqariyo moderates listings but does not guarantee them. Misleading, duplicate or fraudulent listings may be removed without notice.

5. Agents, agencies and developers

• You represent that you hold the licences required under Qatari law for your activity.
• You will respond to inquiries professionally and in compliance with applicable law.
• You will not collect or use user data beyond the inquiry it relates to.
• You will pay any subscription, lead or listing fees due to Aqariyo on time.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or unlawful content.
• Scrape, copy or resell Platform data without written permission.
• Use the Platform to harass, defraud or solicit users.
• Interfere with the Platform's security or availability.

7. Content ownership and licence

You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, photos, reviews, applications). You grant Aqariyo a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content on the Platform and in related promotional materials for as long as the content remains active on Aqariyo.

The Aqariyo name, logo, design system and software are owned by Aqariyo and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Fees and subscriptions

Certain features (premium listings, lead packages, developer placements) are paid. Fees, billing cycles and refund terms are described at the point of purchase and may change with notice.

9. Third-party transactions

Any contract, payment or tenancy between a user and a Partner is strictly between those parties. Aqariyo is not responsible for the performance of Partners, the condition of properties, or the outcome of any transaction.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqariyo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, Aqariyo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid Aqariyo in the twelve months preceding the claim, or QAR 1,000, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Aqariyo harmless from any claim arising out of your listings, content, breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Doha shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
